WILLIAM DOR has come a long way. It began as a thirteen grade project on an MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AS A RECORDS ASSISTANT in Key West Florida 33040. Its authors learned programming and grew up duringthe ongoing process of its conception and evolution. Many peoples are purely a monetary pursuit but WILLIAM DOR has always been first aneducational pursuit.
